Inmates at the Perry County Detention Center, who meet the required classification level, are given the privilege to purchase commissary items with funds available on their Inmate Commissary Account
Family and friends can deposit money in an inmate’s account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via the Stellar system kiosk located in the lobby of the Perry County Detention Center. There is a $2.00 fee associated with applying funds to an inmate’s account.
If you are unable to come to the lobby of the Detention Center, you may also go online to www.JailATM.com to apply funds.
You may also send a Money Order in the amount desired via postal service. Read the Inmate Communication Guidelines for further details. Acceptable items received will be applied to the inmate’s account as soon as they are processed.
If the person is released, bonds out, or is transferred to another facility, any funds remaining after debts are collected (i.e. medical, county property damages, etc), will be written as a check and released with the person.

Due to strict rules set in place by the Department of Corrections, inmates being transported to DOC facilities cannot bring with them any personal belongings. This includes any monetary funds they may have in their possessions while in pre-trial detention. These funds will be placed on a check and left at the Detention Center pending retrieval by persons designated by the inmate.
